Conference Registration
Conference registration will remain available after the conference has ended for those who would like to purchase access to conference presentation materials, including slides and session recordings. Conference registration includes access to all daily sessions, all session recordings, and all other regular conference activities. 

Session Recordings
All sessions will be recorded and these recordings will be available exclusively to attendees of the 2021 Virtual Conference.

TAICEP Member Discount
The TAICEP Member price is available only to individuals whose membership is current at the time of registration. Members enjoy many benefits, including an immediate discount on your conference registration and workshop fees. If you are unsure about the status of your membership, please inquire to answers@taicep.org. As an added benefit, each TAICEP 2021 Virtual Conference registration fee includes a free one-year TAICEP membership or membership renewal (for current members). Upon conference registration, you will be contacted about becoming a new TAICEP member, or renewing your existing membership.

Interested in helping a colleague attend the conference?
Did you enjoy the 2020 conference and want to pay it forward? Even the smallest donation can make a huge difference. Starting at only $25, you can provide professional development opportunities to your colleagues who receive little-to-no financial support. Below you will see the option to purchase an additional $25, $50, or $100 ticket to help a deserving colleague attend this year's conference. Please note that this is separate from the sponsorship options listed on the Become a TAICEP Sponsor page and is entirely optional. If you're seeking to donate a larger amount and be recognized throughout our month-long conference program, please check out the different sponsorship opportunities available this year.

Registration Instructions

  1. For the smoothest registration process, first create a conference account, or log into your existing account. Note that your TAICEP conference account is separate and different from your TAICEP membership account.
  2. At the bottom of this page, first select the number of attendees you are registering. Choose "1" if you are registering only yourself.
  3. For each individual you are registering, fill in the required information and choose the ticket options from the list that appears on the right. 
  4. During checkout, you will have the option to pay either by credit card or check. 
  5. Optional: The 'Help a Colleague' ticket purchase may be combined with the purchase of your registration or be purchased at a later date.
